Thámien Ohlone AR Tour
Spring 2023 - Summer 2024
I served as a JavaScript Developer and UI Designer on the project, as part of Santa Clara University's Human-Computer Interaction Lab, led by Prof. Kai Lukoff. Shown here are early designs that helped shape the overall concept and style of the experience- an Augmented Reality tour around campus, detailing the culture and history of the native Muwekma Ohlone tribe!
Salami Ate My Neighbors! Remastered
Fall 2024
I am developing a stronger interface for a remaster of the video game Salami ate my Neighbors! by JKClayton. This is a first-person shooter action game with a round-based, horde survival structure, inspired by series such as Call of Duty: Zombies and Plants vs. Zombies. While the original game has been released publicly for over four years, I was brought onto the project in order to breathe new life into its interface! I performed extensive UX research and testing to arrive towards the final product!
Cat of the Day
Fall 2024
Inspired by @twothang on TikTok, I created a website version of their viral series, Cat of the Day. I designed this site with extremely barebones HTML and CSS because I started the project on a cross-country flight with no further resources. Pretty much everything afterwards has been JavaScript, adding the random entries!
ARB Fortress
Fall 2023
ARB Fortress was a collaboration with friends in economics and computer science backgrounds, experimenting with some of the web-scraping techniques I had used in my internship over the summer. The result (in theory) is a tool to buy and sell digital items at the ideal points, according to aggregated online listings. The project is currently in limbo, but I am so proud of the design and development work I put in!
RiftPal
Summer 2023
Built as a project to explore the Riot Games API, RiftPal aims to organize champion-specific stats for each individual user. This also marked my foray into relational databases and served as my first major independent software architecture challenge. While not currently in development, this project helped to expand my knowledge of web development practices.
HealthMatch
Spring 2023
I served as the lead frontend developer on HealthMatch, a one-stop shop for determining which specialists to consult for your symptoms, finding a reputed specialist near you, and obtaining information to schedule an appointment. It works by prompting the user to enter their symptoms, which they can do in whatever format they prefer, whether that be bullet points, a list, or even a normal sentence.
TRIPFOL.IO
Winter 2022
I was the sole UI designer and frontend programmer on TRIPFOL.IO, a first-place winning hackathon entry. The product uses INRIX traffic APIs and locational data which I translated into an interfaced coded using Flutter.
Project Pineapple
Spring 2022
I was the UI designer and a frontend programmer on Project Pineapple, an app to help ensure users' safety during a night out. Created as part of the Hack for Humanity 2022 hackathon, I designed the interface in Figma and we coded the frontend using Swift.
FastThru
Winter 2021
FastThru was my first UI design and hackathon experience, participating in INRIX Hack 2021.
